Grilled Sesame Tuna


  • Tuna Steak - 1 inch thick

  • Olive oil - extra virgin

  • Salt - coarse sea salt

  • Garlic cloves

  • Oregano

  • Basil

  • Peppercorn black

  • Lime juice

  • Sesame seeds

Directions - Grind together: garlic, pepper, salt, oregano, basil, olive oil (1 tbsp), & lime juice (1/2 tbsp). - Rub above mix over Tuna and place into a resealable bag for 1 - 2 hours, within the refrigerator. - Sprinkle and gently 'press in' sesame seeds on both sides of Tuna. - Grill or broil Tuna on high flame for 3-4 minutes, until medium-rare - Place Hot Tuna over uncooked fresh Spinach. - Squeeze lime juice to taste.
