Recipes & Dieting Tips: Sauteed Balsamic Chicken Cutlet

Balsamic Chicken Cutlet


  • Chicken breasts - 2 pieces

  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp.

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1/3 cup

  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced

  • Grape tomatoes - halved

  • Basil - shredded


Season Chicken cutlet with salt & pepper.

In pan/skillet, saute chicken x5 min per side.

- plate and put aside.

In pan/skillet, simmer:

Balsamic vinegar x 1 minute,

Add garlic. Stir x1 minute,

Add grape tomatoes. Simmer x 5 minutes.

Add basil.

Add back previously cooked chicken; simmer x 1 minute.

Plate chicken directly on a bed of mesclun salad.

Drizzle cooked tomatoes and balsamic reduction on top.
