We are excited to announce that both our medical offices are now OPEN for Weight Loss Management and Botox & Filler (Juvederm) Treatments by Appointment Only. 

 

Since the health and safety of our patients and staff is our primary concern, we have implemented the following strict safety protocols:

• Limited Contact & Social Distancing:

  • Visits will be by appointment only to minimize the number of patients within the office at any one time in order to ensure appropriate social distancing.

  • Visitors are not permitted to accompany patients (including friends, family or children).

  • Seating within the waiting area has been modified to abide by social distancing guidelines.

​

• Enhanced Cleaning & Safety Measures:

  • All patients and staff are required to face wear masks at all times.  Don't forget to bring your face mask to your appointment!

  • We are increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched items and surfaces.

​

• Screenings:

  • All patients will be screened via phone call at the time of their appointment confirmation and the day prior to their scheduled appointment.

  • All patients will be immediately screened upon entering our office and their temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer.

  • All staff will be screened daily before initiating work.
