SALAD DRESSINGS

Title MD - Salad Dressing - Noble Made Carrot Ginger

Tips:

- Place your favorite dressing in a small spray bottle and 'spray' your salad rather than pour from a bottle.

- Minimize the use of oil, including olive oil. Use lemon and/or lime juice instead.

- Use vinegar (plain or balsamic), but not vinaigrette. Mix with 1 packet of Splenda.
