Lettuce Wraps/Roll-ups: Turkey, Chicken, Tuna, or Egg Whites Ingredients 2 leaves of crispy Romaine Lettuce or Cabbage 1 small Onion 4 slices of Roasted Pepper (in water) 1/2 teaspoon Honey Mustard 1 medium Tomato 4 slices of:

roasted / smoked Turkey Breast or Grilled Chicken or can of Tuna or Egg Whites (hard-boiled eggs/Egg Beaters) Instructions Take 2 leaves of crispy Romaine Lettuce or Cabbage. Spread mustard on leaf. Place 2-3 slices of Turkey/Chicken/Tuna/Egg Whites on each bed of Cabbage/Lettuce. Add Roasted Peppers, sliced Tomato, sliced Onion on top. Now, roll Cabbage/Lettuce with all ingredients & enjoy. Provides 2 portions. Each portion = ~ 5 points.
