Sizzling Shish Kebab: Chicken, Steak, Fish, and/or Tofu
3 1/2 oz cubed:
1/3 cup of each:
onion - raw or cooked grilled,
Diet Italian dressing (such as Walden Farm dressing)
- Marinate meat in diet dressing thinned with a little lemon juice for several hours.
- Arrange on skewers or make mini-kebabs on toothpicks, by alternating with onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes, and green peppers.
- Broil until brown, turning several times.
